Once a pattern is purchased and downloaded, it is considered "used" and therefore, cannot be returned or refunded. We encourage you to review the product information carefully before making your purchase and contact us with any questions you may have.
However, if you accidentally purchase the same pattern twice, please contact us within 24 hours and we will be happy to refund the second purchase.
If you encounter any issues with the download or the pattern itself, please reach out to us immediately so that we can assist you. We will do our best to resolve any issues in a timely manner and ensure that you receive the product you paid for.
